Christa, fellow photography student, asked me to take her graduation photos about a year ago, so I was glad I happened to be in Rexburg for a couple weeks before graduation took place. It was so nice getting out there and shooting some portraits again, haven't done that in a while and it was just what I needed.
These first four were shot with my hasselblad, the rest are digital.

Mai & Lance - Married!
Mai was my very first roommate when I got to BYU-Idaho back in the winter of 2005. We lived in the dorms, she was an amazing cook. She went on a mission, I got married. When she got back we reconnected because she is a graphic design major, and has had a handful of classes with Seth. Now, 5 years from when we first met I was the one shooting her wedding. It's funny how things turn out sometimes. I am glad we've been able to stay friends and I hope we'll always stay in touch.
So congratulations to Mai and Lance!

Amy & Daniel Berry
I was so excited when Amy & Daniel contacted me a few months ago about this shoot. They saw my BFA show and wanted a little set of their own. I'm so glad we were able to work this out and I hope to be doing more of these kinds of shoots in the future.

Impromptu shoot with Melissa
Melissa is showing her BFA this semester, in just 3 weeks (as is Seth! It will be a killer show to say the least) and her series is all about color, so she wanted a picture of her with, well, colors! We only needed this one shot but the location (Ard's glass) was so cute I took a few more.

As much as I dislike the cold, I do love me a nice white sky.

Jack & Eunice Layton {digital}
Seth and I had the opportunity to meet this amazing couple who have been everywhere and experienced everything. Jack was a pilot for the CIA and received numerous awards, Eunice is a loving wife, mother and talented painter. They were so sweet, and they're house has so much memorabilia that I could have spent hours taking pictures. Some of these pictures will be used for Seth's graphic design project.
